How to Change Your Home Page In Safari

Apple's Safari browser gives you the option to set its home page to any URL that you desire, as well as specify the what happens when a new tab or window is opened.

1. Open your Safari browser.
2. Click on the Gear icon located in the upper right hand corner of your browser window.
3. When the drop-down menu appears, select Preferences...
4. Enter the desired web address (URL) in the box next to Homepage. If you would like to set the current Web page as your home page, click on the button [Set to Current Page].
5. In the drop-down menu next to "New windows open with", choose Homepage or the option of your choice.
6. In the drop-down menu next to "New tabs open with", choose Homepage or the option of your choice.
